PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF IMAGINARY CREATIVITY OF FUTURE TEACHER IN THE PROCESS OF ACADEMIC ACTIVITY

The relevance and expediency of the study is due to the specifics of the content and social functions of the teaching profession, the specifics of the manifestation of non-verbal indicators of his creativity and the prospects of research in this area. Through theoretical and methodological analysis, it was established that the creativity of the future teacher should be considered as an integral and integral characteristic of the holistic personality of the teacher, which is determined by certain psychological and pedagogical conditions and a high level of formation of professional and personal qualities and is a decisive factor in professional growth and is directly manifested as the ability to produce non-trivial ideas, deviate from familiar patterns of thinking, and quickly solve problem situations in professional pedagogical activity. The creativity of a future teacher is determined by the high level of formation of his professional and personal qualities, which ultimately determine professional growth, and its key characteristics in the process of academic activity are a high level of social and moral consciousness, a search-problem style of cognitive activity, developed intellectual and logical abilities, namely the ability to analyze patterns, justify certain provisions, explain the content, highlight the main features of an object or phenomenon, creative imagination, developed imagination. It has been empirically proven that first-year students of pedagogical universities have an average level of ability to choose various ideas, create a number of images that differ from each other in semantic categories and methods of artistic expression, however, in the third and fifth years this indicator decreases. It was found that first-year students have an above-average level of ability to quickly generate spatial imagination products in creative activities, while third-year students generally have an average level of this ability, and fifth-year students have a below-average level.
