Abstract

The article presents the results of a survey of scientific and pedagogical workers during the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University Teachers were provided with a link through the information service: the university website. The scientific-pedagogical survey was conducted as part of the implementation of the internal system of quality assurance of higher education by the department of quality assurance of education. 236 scientific and pedagogical workers took part in the survey. Our respondents were experienced teachers with a scientific degree, who not only theoretically teach disciplines to students, but also are practicing doctors who, during training, form students' practical skills. The most common ways of obtaining information of scientific and pedagogical workers are the information presented on the university website and the information provided by the management of the departments during the meetings of the department. Observance of the Code of Academic Integrity by the participants of the educational process of the university was assessed at a high level. More than 85% of the survey participants testified that the atmosphere created at the university's departments contributes to their scientific activity. More than 60% of respondents noted that they are completely satisfied with the conditions created at the university for professional development and career growth. According to the results of the survey, the level of satisfaction with the conditions of the organization of the educational process and the evaluation of the working conditions created at the university by scientific and pedagogical workers is assessed as positive. Such a result was obtained thanks to established mechanisms and relationships between the management of the departments with the educational department, with the department for ensuring the quality of education and with the management of the university, which should be kept at the same level and improved in the future.
