COUNTERING COLLABORATION AS A COMPONENT OF ENSURING UKRAINE'S NATIONAL SECURITY

The article examines collaborative activity as one of the destructive factors that threaten the national security of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law and prolonged armed aggression by the Russian Federation. The essence of the concept, the main forms and directions of collaborationism, in particular of a political, informational, economic and military nature, are revealed.The regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine aimed at preventing and counteracting collaborative manifestations, as well as the role of state institutions, law enforcement agencies and civil society in ensuring effective counteraction, is analyzed.The article identifies factors that influence the increase in the number of cases of citizens engaging in cooperation with occupation administrations or hostile structures and related to collaborative activities on the territory of Ukraine and focuses on key aspects of public administration that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of state policy in the field of countering collaborative activities and determines that in the conditions of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, effective prevention and countering collaborationism is of particular importance for ensuring national security. Special attention is paid to preventive measures, including the development of patriotic education, support for internally displaced persons, information security and the formation of society's resilience to hostile propaganda. The results of the study confirm the need for a comprehensive approach to countering collaborative activities as a component of the system for ensuring the national security of Ukraine.
