EFFECTIVENESS OF RESTORING ADOLESCENTS' COMMUNICATION SKILLS THROUGH SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING IN A MIXED FORMAT

The article highlights the results of an empirical study of the adolescents' communication skills, which revealed the dominance of a satisfactory level of sociability and a low level of communicative inclinations. Based on the data obtained, a conclusion is made about the need to provide psychological assistance to school students. A brief overview of the experience of developing communication skills in adolescents through socio-psychological training is presented. The idea of the expediency of using training work in a mixed format, which meets the requirements of the school students' safety in wartime, is substantiated. The insufficient methodological development of the organization of such classes is emphasized. A characteristic of a specially designed program of socio-psychological training in a mixed format, aimed at restoring the communication skills of adolescents, is given. It is shown that the content and structure of the program correspond to the goal and format of the training. As a result of repeated diagnostics after the implementation of the program, it is established that the proportion of students with a normal and high level of sociability and communicative inclinations has increased in the experimental group. The proportion of adolescents with low levels of these characteristics, on the contrary, decreased. Thanks to participation in the training, members of the experimental group regained a feeling of lightness during both online and offline communication, updated and improved their conversation skills, attentiviness to interlocutors, and ability to formulate one's own opinion. Comparison using the Student's t-test of the results of the first and second measurements of both tests' indicators revealed a statistically significant difference between the levels of sociability and communicative inclinations in the experimental group. There were no significant changes in the control group. This allows us to consider the designed program of social and psychological training in a mixed format effective in restoring the communication skills of adolescents. A conclusion is made about the practical value of the designed program and the possibility of its use in secondary education institutions operating in a mixed format.
