STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND SERVICE RELATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Abstract

The author of the study and considered all stages of development of the institute of public-service relations and service relations in the field of local self-government. It was determined that through analysis and diagnostics, key aspects of inefficiency and problems requiring attention were identified. Legislative improvement is considered as an important stage in the improvement of modern government, and the creation and optimization of the institutional structure are identified as the main steps to ensure effective functioning. It was found that the introduction of innovative technologies is a key component for the modernization of the institute, which simplifies interaction and increases accessibility. Involvement of the community is considered as a strategic stage for creating an open and responsible government, where the active participation of citizens becomes the basis for decision-making and monitoring of their implementation. It is emphasized that the development of the institution of state-service relations and service relations in the field of local self-government is an integral part of the construction of an effective and open government. In addition, this way not only increases the efficiency of management, but also makes it flexible and adaptable to modern changes. Innovation and community engagement are steps towards building a partnership between government and community, creating the foundation for a sustainable, open and successful government. Deep analysis and a high level of understanding of all aspects of the institute’s development are highlighted, which contributes to the further improvement of management processes and contributes to the creation of a modern and effective management system in the interests of the community.
