Abstract

The article deals with the influence of central nervous system diseases on the type of client’s request for psychological assistance and on the process of sensory integration of the life experience of young people under martial law. The purpose of the article is to study the influence of genetic predisposition to diseases on the manifestation of sensory reintegration of youth experience under martial law. The study was based on theoretical (analysis and synthesis of research results), systemic, functional, and specific sociological research methods. Examples of research conducted by specialists of the Youth Friendly Clinic and international health centers are presented. A comparative analysis of the data is carried out to determine the dynamics of their impact on the social picture of the development of interpersonal relations in the state. Based on the statistical and analytical data presented in the article, conclusions are drawn about the differences in the expectations and norms of psychological assistance to clients and the norms of a full examination of the client. Discrepancies in the system of diagnosis and case management lead to destabilization of the social well-being of the population and reintegration into the life experience of congenital and other diseases of the central nervous system. It is these diseases that cause the development of psychiatric markers of deterioration in the mental and physical health of Ukrainians. This destabilization will be manifested in future generations, as seen in indicators of mortality, education, morbidity and the level of socialization of the generation that grew up. The pathopsychological examination of this sample of clients helps to create conditions for determining adaptive models of reintegration of the traumatic experience of young people, taking into account genetic predisposition and the presence of diseases that require constant supervision by medical professionals. In order to maintain remission and increase the level of social inclusion of young people (subject to contraindications), it is possible to study the hidden motives of the individual, which is the culmination of reactions. In order to return the client to a state of awareness, it is necessary to carry out a qualitative diagnosis of the psycho-emotional state, pathopsychological and clinical diagnostic examination, and to reduce the level of anxiety and hostility towards the therapist. Already at the diagnostic stage, it is necessary to find out how the behavior of another person affects the client, and what the client is aware of in such situations.
