REGIONAL TENDENCIES OF FORMATION OF EXTERNAL FACTORS OF INFLUENCE ON THE NATIONAL SECURITY SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of certain components of the State policy of the countries of the European region for the study of the conditions of development of the security environment in the region, the possible signs of threatening tendencies toward the national security system directly the European countries, indirectly of Ukraine. The goal is to distinguish regional tendencies of formation of external factors of influence, forecasting the nature of their manifestation and directions of pressure on the state of the national security system of Ukraine. The consequences of the implementation of internal policy measures of the leading countries of Europe on the introduction of mechanisms aimed at restricting the activities of representatives of russian special services operating from the position of foreign diplomatic establishments, discrediting their regional intelligence network. It is revealed that the main reason for such measures of European governments was the military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine. The rating of European countries has been drawn up, which limited the possibility of using diplomatic status by russian intelligence agencies, by indicators of the number of extradited diplomats. The role of Switzerland, the country chosen by the authorities of the russian federation to diversify its activity, alternative ways of sending their special staff to European countries, has been clarified. The Report by the major stakeholder of the security sector of Swiss Confederation has been analyzed. The specialization of the main objects of interest of the russian side for unauthorized electronic penetration into their databases is shown. The general characteristic directions of probable threats as toward the national security system of Ukraine are noted, on the basis of the peculiarities of current trends in the formation of external factors of influence on regional scale. Conclusions have been made on promising scientific exploration, ways of improving the State management. The directions of implementation of public administration mechanisms in ensuring the stability of domestic security environment, increasing the functionality of major stakeholders of the security sector of Ukraine.
