Abstract

This abstract is devoted to the topic "Parental responsibility for improper performance of parental duties. "The work examines the legal and moral aspects of parents' responsibility for negligent performance of their parental duties, such as child care, upbringing and education. The work will analyze important normative documents regulating the relationship between parents and children, as well as the principles of parents' responsibility towards their children. Attention will also be paid to the psychological dimension of the problem, in particular, the relationship between parents' negligent attitude towards fulfilling their duties and negative consequences for children. As a result of the study, recommendations will be offered to improve the relationship between parents and children, as well as measures that can be taken to increase the responsibility of parents for fulfilling their parental duties. The study will also highlight the positive consequences of responsible parenting, in particular, the education of independence and responsibility in children, the improvement of their behavior and social adaptation. In addition, the work will analyze examples from practice where parents were brought to justice for improper performance of their duties, and the consequences for them and their children will be determined. In general, this work is important for understanding the responsibility of parents for improper performance of parental duties and raising parents' awareness of the importance of a responsible and caring attitude to the upbringing of their children.
