ACTUAL ISSUES OF THE STATE STIMULATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSULTING SERVICES MARKET IN UKRAINE IN THE POST-WAR ECONOMIC RECOVERY

Abstract

The article highlights the current problems of development of the Ukrainian consulting services market, identifies trends and factors of negative impact on the consulting market, and proposes new approaches to the activities of consulting companies in the domestic market that could stimulate the development of the market and its actors as efficiently as possible during the period of post-war economic recovery and European integration. The authors determine that the current condition of the market requires Ukrainian businesses to become consumers of consulting services due to the lack of competencies in doing business in accordance with EU rules and regulations, as well as the need to attract and support future direct investments from foreign partners. The consulting market players need to focus on new approaches to cooperation that will help ensure the stability of development and open access to the intellectual potential of consulting companies for new segments of clients who previously did not have the financial capacity to engage third-party professional companies and specialists, as well as focus on using or creating their own advanced analysis and diagnostic tools using modern data processing and collection technologies. The study characterizes the factors of the post-war economic recovery and proposes the use of a set of measures to stimulate the development of the consulting services market in the post-war period. The most appropriate measures to stimulate the development of the consulting services market are identified, in addition, the aspect of the potential of using the Ukrainian diaspora in the world to gain the easiest possible access to foreign capital by improving the image of Ukrainian business and the country as a whole is revealed. In addition, the authors highlight the need to develop a comprehensive and coordinated approach to information support for the entry of national companies into global markets, as well as the need to expand the special legal space to ensure the inflow of foreign direct investment.
