Dear readers of the journal!

I am glad to present you the scientific publication “Dnipro Scientific Journal of Public Administration, Psychology, Law” founded by the Non-Governmental Scientific Organization “Foundation of Public Initiatives”.

The foundation of the new scientific professional journal is caused by the modern need to solve a range of research and practical tasks of domestic public management and administration, law and psychology, which are determined by the transformational changes in the state and society, the democratization of every area of public life and European integration processes at the present stage of the state-building.

The journal is oriented to become solid theoretical-methodological basis for many scientists. It focuses on promoting the latest achievements and exchange of best practices in law, legal education, the coverage of topical issues of the practical application of Ukrainian legislation, psychology and psychological education, public management and administration. Activities of the editorial board contribute to the formation of an open information environment ensuring the interaction between the leading specialists and young scientists and enhancing international cooperation between the specialists in law, psychology and, public management and administration.

The publication involves doctrinal research results and analysis of the problems of the above sciences as well as their solutions. The scholarly discussion within “Dnipro Scientific Journal of Public Administration, Psychology” facilitates a search for the ways to meet the challenges of scientific support of government activities and advancement of the domestic science.

The journal is issued four times a year that allows the prominent scientists, postdoctoral and postgraduate students and practitioners to publish their scientific research. I am sure that the scientific publication will contribute to the joint efforts of an academic community, involving practicing lawyers, psychologists, officials of central and local authorities, and take the lead both in Ukraine and abroad.
